**Partner with the best**
The Topside Automation & Electrical Team Leader will manage a team of about 10 automation and electrical engineers to meet the team KPIs. The position holds responsibility for the software design and engineering within the assigned projects.

As a Topside Automation & Electrical Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

- Reporting of project progress and resource status on a regular basis
- Taking ownership of key control systems engineering deliverables; System FDS, Software Requirements Specifications, Software Design Documents and system test procedures
- Preparing and reviewing Project Requirements and Design Specifications, Software Products Requirements, Design and Interface Specifications.
- Reviewing solutions to ensure cross-project standardization and optimization of engineering resource - Technical liaison with the Unit specialists
- Leading the regional test activities and leveraging the global knowledge base to make the system test a success.

**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:

- Have at least more than 10 years relevant experience in Software Engineering
- Have Bachelors in Software Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics or Automation
- Have an experience in utilizing communications HMI software (Intouch Cimplicity) and PLC (Studio 5000,Twincat, Siemen PLC and etc)
- Be fluent in verbal and written in English
