This position will work on a long-term project of several years within a multinational "feature team" of 10 persons composed of at least 1 leader, 1 QA, 1 Front-End and 1 Back-end) included in the global development organization (-40 people) and working from different locations in Europe, and Vietnam. The team has ownership of its features from the beginning to the end: designing, developing, testing/fixing, and making internal demos.
Developing the current product by adding features using Ruby on Rails
Participate in feature technical design
Collaborate with QA for testing and fixing bugs
Measurement of effects for quality improvement and implementation of service improvement measures
Currently, IPSIP extends the global operations by bringing our business into Asian. Experience working on ROR Rest API from 2 - 5 years, familiar with products in fintech is a plus

Experience in in developing and operating REST APIs

Good at English communication (speaking and writing)

Not required but good to have knowledge of React for frontend, postgresql, sidekiq, caching mechanisms

Ability to work on a "heavy loaded" environment, good at inter-communication and high spirit of teamwork

Accept flexible working time, OT upon request of the project.
