**A Day in the Life
**Senior Financial Analyst

This position will enable growth by providing key business insights, operating metrics, financial metrics, management reporting to portfolio leaders. Ensure the timely and accurate preparation and submission of financial planning statements. This person will report to MSEA (Mainland Southeast-Asia) Senior Finance Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide analytical and business partnering support to relevant portfolio leaders, including financial analysis, KPIs, business performance commentary, and financial planning reporting.
- Responsible for MSEA financial data consolidation and management reporting for the sub-region.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to understand key drivers and ensure data accuracy.
- Preparing monthly/quarterly/ yearly reports, preparation of the strategic plans and the annual operating plan
- Preparing standardized reports and written analysis to provide insightful analysis for finance leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Partner with other Finance Business team members on monthly performance drivers
- Driving process improvements
- Ad hoc analysis and strategic projects as needed. Be a super user of our managerial financial reporting and planning software.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in finance Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience

**Your Profile**
- 3-4 years of finance and accounting experience with progressive responsibility, especially with exposure to international operations.
- Experience in medical device industry is a plus.
- Expertise in financial system including Hyperion, Essbase, CCPT, Anaplan, TM1, etc.
- SAP experience
- Commercial experience is preferred.
- Ability to manage multi-tasks and conclude timely.
- Good business acumen, communication skills & interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Ms Excel & Ms PowerPoint.
- Prior experience with business planning process. Medtronic core competencies.
