About the job

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation

About you

Good English communication skills
4 to 5 years of experience with Ruby on Rails, along with other common libraries such as RSpec and Resque
Experience with basic front-end technologies
Ability to write clean, readable Ruby code
Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
