Dusit Princess Moonrise Phu Quoc is currently operating 108 resort-style hotel rooms. Our vision is a Thai-inspired contemporary 4+ star resort, offering an upscale product combined with outstanding and individual services to our guests.
What do you need to do
- Welcoming customers, serving welcome drinks, and summarizing customer information
- Introduce spa, consult, and sell services to customers
- Instruct customers on the process of using the Spa's services.
- Answer customers' questions about services at the Spa
- Regularly connect with customers to introduce Spa's promotions and incentives
- Report all bookings of customers to superiors to prepare for service and reception.
- Clean the reception area, neatly arrange all menus, leaflets, and introduce spa services before and after the shift
- And some other related jobs at the request of superiors.
