Team Introduction
The Global Tax team is building to work with other corporate functions on tax advisory, planning, structuring, and tax controversy. We ensure compliance with direct (corporate income tax) and indirect tax (sales and use tax and property tax) and solve tax related issues. We are seeking a Tax Business Partner based in Vietnam.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle tax compliance work, including preparing, verifying, submitting payment, filing and performing variance analysis;
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all applicable taxes;
- Assist business teams and other departments in assessment of business operations for tax risk mitigation;
- Assist in attending tax queries from the local tax authorities, including preparing relevant documents and data, and provide tax audit support for Vietnam entities;
- Assist in reviewing documents (invoices, contracts, and other relevant documents) to ensure tax compliance and mitigate tax risk;
- Assist with assessment of internal projects to improve tax processes, enhance business workflow and mitigate risks or costs to the business;
- Prepare and provide tax updates or relevant regulation updates that can impact businesses operations; and
- Ad hoc tasks.
- More than 4 years working experience in Tax in MNC or global shared service environment;
- High capability to collaborate with local, regional and global internal stakeholders, service providers and authorities;
- Proven expertise in project management and process improvements through past experience;
- Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- CPA or Member of a recognized professional body (ACCA, CIMA) is a plus; and
- Fluent in English & Vietnamese.
