Bookkeeper

**Hexa Property Management** is a leading property management company based in Houston, Texas, with a global remote team spanning across Asia, Europe, the US, and Latin America. We specialize in providing comprehensive property management services to residential and commercial properties, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing property value for our clients.

**Position Overview**
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper. The primary responsibilities of this role include maintaining accurate financial records and handling accounts payable and receivable.

**Working Conditions**
- 100% Remote | Zoom meetings required during working hours.
- 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week from Monday to Friday.
- **Working Hours (Vietnam Time) - Monday: 8PM - 12AM; Tuesday to Friday: 8AM - 12PM & 8PM - 12AM; Saturday: 8AM - 12PM.**

**Salary: 12 - 15 million VND per month (approx. $485 - $610)**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Record day-to-day financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in Bookkeeper is preferred.
- Proficient in Vietnamese (fluent) and English (intermediate) with a solid understanding of accounting terminology and effective communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working remotely and capable of managing time efficiently.
