Mô tả công việc
The Executive, Sales is part of the sales team focusing on achieving sales targets, increasing revenue and market share for the apartment.
1. Identify, develops, and evaluates marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and mark up factors.
2. Assists in preparation, administration and documentation of proposals.
3. Maintains existing business accounts and secures new accounts through aggressive and creative sales & marketing programmes.
4. Conducts sales presentations to prospective clients.
5. Coordinates and participates in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market the serviced apartment.
6. Prepares monthly reports of leasing for review of plans and procedures.
7. Conducts economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for the Company.
8. Perform any other duties as and when delegated

At least one years of relevant experience.
Knowledge in the Hospitality Industry.
Knowledge in the Hospitality Industry.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Well versed in use of computers such as PowerPoint and Excel.
Confident, Reliable, Outgoing personality with never-give-up attitude
