Department Operations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationVietnam - HanoiThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Daily reconcile data between ShopeePay and Partners.
- Daily make payments to Partners.
- Monthly reports and make reconciliation minutes with Partners.
- Monitor and cross-check internal reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, timely detection of system error, and minimizing loss.
- Coordinate with other departments to check and resolve the problems related to customers’ E-Wallet balances.
- Take part in new projects; communicate and collaborate closely with stakeholders to regularly update and understand new features.
- Other ad-hocs works, internal reports as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Education Background: University Graduate, Data, Accounting, Finance and Banking are advantages.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in payment service is preferred.
- Basic knowledge: Financing, Accounting knowledge is preferred.
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. SQL and Python is a big advances.
- Others: Critical & logical thinking, problem-solving skills, flexibility in handling problems, a fast learner who is meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Language skills: Good command of English (4 Skills) to coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Others: Number sense, strong attention to detail, Flexibility to change, good team player, positive attitude with a can-do attitude, & integrity and responsibility.
