**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 30 - 40 triệu VNĐ)
- Working within the team to identify risks and create tests to mitigate
- Review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable
- Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, new and regression test scripts, testing (defects) reports.
- Execute test responsibilities with mínimal supervision, including test plan creation, test execution, debugging the detections and conducting testing reports.
- Provide testing estimates and participate in project planning.
- Learn new tools and technology to support test execution as needed.
- Mentor and train junior QC staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and promote best practices
- Communicate quality control results and findings to management and other stakeholders.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- 5+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in a senior or lead role
- Hands-on experience in analyzing specification requirements, developing, performing test cases, creating testing reports.
- Good English communication skills (both verbal & written)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum model and regression testing
- Strong analytical, testing, troubleshooting errors
- Flexibility and the ability to work effectively with internal and external clients
- Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure comprehensive testing coverage
