**Position Summary**: The EVS Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and upkeep of the casino's environment. This role requires a meticulous, proactive individual who can manage a team to maintain excellent sanitation, cleanliness, and visual appeal that meet the high standards of the casino environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the cleaning staff to ensure all areas of the casino are clean, sanitary, and well-maintained.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, the use of cleaning chemicals, and safety procedures.
Conduct regular inspections of the casino's facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness and maintenance standards.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stocks are maintained and budget constraints are met.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning needs for special events or high-traffic times.
Address and resolve any issues related to facility cleanliness or staff performance in a timely manner.
Prepare reports on staff performance, inventory, and other relevant activities.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations pertaining to environmental services.
Motivate and lead the cleaning staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

**Requirement**:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in facility management or hospitality is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a housekeeping or environmental services department.
Proven ability to manage a diverse team and maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, along with appropriate safety practices.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
