Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain QE work systems.Supervise and train quality engineers.Daily management of OQC and OQA.Conduct on-site analysis and countermeasures for quality anomalies.Write and maintain PFMEA and control plans.Promote continuous improvement actions such as QCC.Responsible for QC and QA employee management and training. Assist with the third-party product quality audit.

Experience Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience of quality management in Managerial levelStrong communication in Chinese (must have) and EnglishFamiliarity with ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality management systems

Education Requirements:
