Responsibilities:
Là một Merchandiser, bạn sẽ:
Theo dõi tình trạng đơn hàng từ khi bắt đầu đến khi giao hàng (như phát triển mẫu, tính giá, mua nguyên liệu, sản xuất, kiểm tra & giao hàng).Tìm nguồn nguyên liệu cho phát triển mới, chuẩn bị yêu cầu về nguyên liệu.Lập bảng chi phí và gửi cho người mua. Thảo luận giá cả với nhà cung cấp và người mua.Xử lý các vấn đề chất lượng cho việc lấy mẫu cũng như sản xuất.Mua nguyên liệu (vải và phụ kiện).Theo dõi vải và phụ kiện để giao hàng đúng hạn.Kiểm tra lượng tiêu thụ vải và phụ kiện.Theo dõi gói PP để đảm bảo lịch trình nhập hàng đúng thời gian.Theo dõi tất cả các loại mẫu.Giao tiếp với các đội nội bộ (phòng mẫu, phòng cad...).Giao tiếp với người mua và các nhà máy về các truy vấn mới cũng như cập nhật.Họp với nhà máy và giải thích yêu cầu phát triển mới cho đội ngũ làm mẫu.Lên kế hoạch cho việc lấy mẫu và đặt hàng sản xuất cho mùa mới.Cập nhật nhận xét mới nhất về các kiểu cụ thể hoặc đơn hàng cho nhà máy.Gửi mẫu cho người mua qua đường bưu điện, theo dõi với các nhà cung cấp về mẫu.Cập nhật tình trạng đơn hàng cho người mua ở tất cả các giai đoạn.Theo dõi lịch trình sản xuất và thời gian giao hàng.Các nhiệm vụ khác từ Quản lý.Experience Requirements:
Kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Thương mại May mặc: Mới tốt nghiệp/ trên 2 năm làm việc như là Thương mại viên sản xuất hoặc Thương mại viên FOB.Thành thạo tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Trung cả nói và viết.Khả năng làm việc độc lập và theo nhóm.Có khả năng làm việc tốt dưới áp lực cao và theo thời hạn chặt chẽ.Chăm chỉ và có trách nhiệm.
