Work you'll do

• Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Expected to lead by example and provide coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consult with manage customer organizations. Participates in business development activities.
• Support /develop proposal as and when required
• Stay abreast with banking industry developments and trends related to compliance guidelines, regulatory actions and financial market innovations.
• Proactively identify gaps, issues and work with team for resolution, documentation, and implementation of appropriate action plans.
• Impart training to business users.
• Perform impact analysis on the existing system functionalities with respect to the new proposed changes.
• Support in UAT testing - responsible to investigate the issues raised in UAT, and to co-ordinate with users and developers during the UAT phase for all queries.

Requirements

• Post graduate qualifications within a relevant field (MS- Finance, MBA, etc.) and additional certifications such as CFA/ FRM/PRIMA preferred.
• Strong experience in Banking, Finance services & Risk Management Domain.
• Domain knowledge covering Banking products, BASEL Regulations Regulatory Reporting.
• Working knowledge Regulatory Reporting for financial institutions would be preferred.
• Experienced and having good knowledge of OFSAA/Other Parallel product implementation or IFRS9.
• Implementation experience in large banks and experience covering OFSAA Framework and configurations would be an added advantage.
• Good Understanding of database concepts and hands on experience in SQL scripts/queries.
• Experience of coordination with different stake holders for project implementation implementations.
• Excellent Problem Solving and Critical thinking abilities is a must.
