Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with partners to expand Deloitte Vietnam RA practice, specifically in Risk Advisory services (FSI), by driving sales, managing contracts, overseeing service delivery, and developing local talent in both Hanoi and HCMC offices. Participate in project teams to support RA function development and implementation.

Financial and Management Key Performance Indicators:

  • Net Client Service Revenue (NSR) recorded in SAP
  • Chargeable hours
  • Utilization
  • Lockup (WIP + AR/Revenue)
  • AR over 60 days/total AR (%)
  • Recovery rate
  • Days of collection
  • Facilitator hours for staff level
  • Monthly/upon request updates of self-portfolio
  • Performance Management process compliance
  • Timesheet compliance
  • Practice Review results
  • Firm's policy adherence

Service Delivery Standards

  • Lead Data analytics service for Banks and Financial companies
  • Conduct engagements in alignment with DTT methodologies
  • Manage engagements, provide quality work, and supervise subordinates

Independently develop networks, drive business growth, seek new opportunities, and provide a range of Risk Advisory services.

  • FSI-related Risk advisory services
  • Public training, seminars, workshop, presentations, and articles

Ensure project delivery meets firm's quality standards and client expectations.

Business and Marketing

  • Develop business strategies, enhance market share, and innovate services
  • Support market intelligence activities
  • Create client-focused services/solutions

Human Resources

  • Build and manage a skilled team
  • Mentor, coach, and develop RA staff
  • Provide on-the-job training, feedback, and support

Branding and Relationship Building

  • Enhance RA branding through talks, seminars, client presentations
  • Identify and secure new clients

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Risk Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience with managerial exposure or 2+ years in Banking and Finance
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Expertise in Quantitative analysis, Machine Learning, Statistics, Financial mathematics, Risk management
  • Professional qualifications like FRM, CFA preferred
  • Proficiency in tools like R, Python, SAS, SQL
  • Logical thinking, independent work attitude, analytical skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Team player with professional conduct
  • High energy, ethics, and drive
