Your responsibilities

  • Independently analyze and address client requests or issues related to ERP applications within agreed timelines and quality standards
  • Conduct root cause analysis, collaborate with team members, and propose solutions to enhance processes
  • Lead business requirement gathering, analysis, and solution proposals to streamline client processes
  • Step into a Team Lead role when needed, oversee team activities, and ensure timely and quality delivery to clients
  • Act as a Process Expert, providing guidance to team members and conducting training sessions as required
  • Prepare and present reports for SLA compliance and project statuses
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive successful implementation of AMS support practices
  • Participate in enhancing AMS setup and driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Adhere to standard AMS processes and procedures

About you

We are seeking an individual with:

  • 3-5 years of experience with SAP in end-user environments or consulting, focusing on support and configuration (level 2 & 3)
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central - Onboarding & Recruiting Management
  • Knowledge of integrating SAP with other functional areas is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, knowledge of other languages is advantageous
  • SAP certification is preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ownership of solutions
  • Willingness to adapt to new solutions and support business operations based on client requirements
  • Availability to work during clients' business hours
