**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: triệu VNĐ)
- Tham gia tư vấn, pitching creative concept theo chiến dịch của các nhãn hàng đối tác
- Toàn trình lên big idea, kịch bản TVC, Key Visual, creative idea truyền thông trên đa kênh (online, offline) và tham gia sản xuất nội dung phục vụ chiến dịch của nhãn hàng.
- Định hướng, kiểm duyệt ý tưởng, kế hoạch, tham gia sản xuất toàn trình nội dung truyền thông trên các kênh online (livestream, website, fanpage, in-app banner, notification), kênh offline (tờ rơi, brochure, ấn phẩm truyền thông khác).
- Liên tục đo lường & report chỉ số, tối ưu hóa nội dung để đảm bảo hiệu quả của các campaign marketing.
- Lên ý tưởng, kế hoạch & triển khai truyền thông các tính năng, dịch vụ, chương trình khuyến mại trên kênh online & offline.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của quản lý.

Khám sức khỏe tổng quát 1 lần/năm

Vi vu du lịch: 1 năm/lần

Quẩy year end party hằng năm

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Thạc sỹ

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Đã có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm kinh nghiệm quản trị nội dung fanpage, xây dựng creative concept truyền thông. Kinh nghiệm trực tiếp sản xuất KV, TVC là điểm cộng.
- Có kinh nghiệm định hướng và quản trị team triển khai chi tiết.
- Sáng tạo & thường xuyên cập nhật xu hướng khách hàng, trend nổi bật trên kênh social.
- Năng động, phản ứng nhanh trước các đầu việc gấp
- Có tinh thần trách nhiệm, chủ động trong công việc.
- Ưu tiên các ứng viên có khả năng phân tích số, logical thinking, hoặc sử dụng thành thạo Google Analytics, webmaster tool.
- Biết sử dụng các công cụ như: Ladipage, Canva, powerpoint...

Thời gian làm việc: Fulltime: Sáng từ 9h - 12h30, chiều từ 1h30-6h00 từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6 hằng tuần (trừ lễ - tết)
