**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Phát triển các công cụ quản lý, thống kê cho các nghiệp vụ chuyên môn của bộ phận MTK.
- Phát triển website/ webapp/ mobile-app cho các hệ thống theo kế hoạch đề ra.
- Lập trình các yêu cầu xây dựng, backup dữ liệu, nâng cấp hệ thống liên quan, khắc phục sự cố cho các hệ thống, xây dựng tài liệu cài đặt hoặc triển khai.
- Tối ưu tốc độ load, trải nghiệm, bảo mật, nâng cao hiệu năng, chất lượng cho các hệ thống.
- Thực hiện các yêu cầu khác dưới sự phân công của cấp trên.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp ĐH/CĐ ngành Công nghệ Thông tin, công nghệ phần mềm, lập trình Web hoặc liên quan.
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc: Ưu tiên từ 1 năm trở lên
- Nam/Nữ, Từ tuổi
- Thành thạo tin học văn phòng
- Kiến thức/kỹ năng làm việc:

- Thành thạo các ngôn ngữ HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP
- Phát triển được mobile app, sử dụng API để phát triển các công cụ automation, thống kê, báo cáo.
- Có kỹ năng sắp công việc hiệu quả.
- Sẵn sàng làm việc với cường độ cao, chịu được áp lực công việc đặc biệt ưu tiên ứng viên có thái độ làm việc tích cực và cầu tiến.
- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm ở các vị trí tương đương trong ngành bất động sản.
- Chính trực, tự tin, có tinh thần cầu tiến, hòa đồng với đồng nghiệp, chịu áp lực công việc cao.
