The overarching responsibility for the IT Technician is to support the IT Manager in installing, maintaining and upgrading the computer hardware, software and networks of TH School contributing to the effective and smooth operations of the school thus supporting the school in achieving its mission and vision/ Trách nhiệm tổng thể của Nhân viên CNTT là hỗ trợ trưởng phòng CNTT trong việc cài đặt, bảo trì và nâng cấp hệ thống mạng, phần cứng, phần mềm của trường TH School, góp phần bảo đảm hoạt động trơn tru và hiệu quả của trường, hỗ trợ trường đạt được mục tiêu và tầm nhìn.
- Carry out daily/weekly/monthly checks for important devices to address and resolve issues in advance(e.g.Vmware servers, PABX, Wifi, classroom computers, network devices, CCTV)/ Thực hiện kiểm tra hàng ngày/hàng tuần/hàng tháng đối với các thiết bị quan trọng để xử lý và giải quyết trước các sự cố (ví dụ: máy chủ Vmware, PABX, Wifi, máy tính lớp học, thiết bị mạng, camera quan sát )
- Maintain full functionality of equipment in classrooms (computers, projector, tablets, Apple Device, speakers, UPS, cables, etc.) to ensure/ Duy trì đầy đủ chức năng của thiết bị trong lớp học (máy tính, máy chiếu, máy tính bảng, Thiết bị Apple, loa, UPS, dây cáp, v.v.) để đảm bảo
- Support teacher, student and parents access to Engage SIS/ Hỗ trợ giáo viên, học sinh và phụ huynh truy cập Engage SIS
- Manage IT assets & maintain IT equipment and repair it when possible/ Quản lý tài sản CNTT & bảo trì và sửa chữa thiết bị CNTT khi có thể
- Supporting school activities and events/ Hỗ trợ các hoạt động và sự kiện của trường
- Join in IT projects assigned by IT Sup/Manager or in charge for IT tasks/other duties assigned by IT Sup/Manager/ Tham gia các dự án CNTT do IT Sup/Manager phân công hoặc phụ trách các công việc IT/các nhiệm vụ khác do IT Sup/Manager giao
