  • BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development.) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-EnglishJapanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally._

Job Description:

  • Our vision is to be THE software engineering partner for brake system in ASEAN. We deliver complete software projects (CSPs) to our Bosch counterparts of CC, BEG and 2WP divisions for the OEMs in nearshore regions Japan, China, ASAEAN. We perform the endtoend software development activities including all the roles like developers, testers, integrators, project managers and other special functions like functional safety and cyber security for our projects. We also work on the advanced engineering topics like software engineering for E&E architecture.   • Definition of the discipline specific test strategies (i.e. System and Software test, System integration test, Planning and request of resources for testing (budget, capacity, test equipment, sample demand,)
  • Scheduling, tracking and adjustment of milestones in the testing activities for every release
  • Communication and reporting, generation of overviews, management of the interfaces between the stakeholders
  • Test specific documents: initial setup, versioning, maintenance and distribution, e

Overall and discipline specific test strategies, roadmaps, resource plans, documentation of reviews

  • Involvement in 5Why, 8D
  • Technical consult/support

Authority:

  • Request decision on definition of test cycles including start, end, and test scope
  • Decision on variant concept and the main test variant
  • Technical leadership of system
- and software testers

  • Cancellation of test cycle if exit criteria are fulfilled or entry criteria are not met
  • Testing process compliance

Qualifications:

  • Required experience year in testing is at least 5 years
  • Experience in Test management as test lead role above 2 years
  • Experience in Automation system test is a plus
  • Good at testing technique (certified ISTQB-Basic or above)
  • Strong knowledge of SW process test full level testing (V model)
  • Good analytical, problem solving and debugging skills
  • Good English communication skills (Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening)
