**CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC**:
**_I. Xây dựng kế hoạch thực hiện dự án:_**
- Làm việc trực tiếp với các bên liên quan như bộ phận kinh doanh, bộ phận mua hàng, đối tác, khách hàng,... để thống nhất về yêu cầu, mục tiêu dự án.
- Xây dựng kế hoạch tổng thể, từ đó chia nhỏ thành các giai đoạn cũng như đề xuất các chương trình để các bên liên quan cùng phối hợp nhằm theo sát mục tiêu.

**_II. Đảm bảo các thông tin, nguồn lực cần thiết để tối ưu dự án:_**
- **Quản lý các bên liên quan đến dự án và quản lý nguồn lực**:

- Đóng vai trò là cầu nối, Project Manager cần đảm bảo luồng thông tin thông suốt, đồng bộ giữa các bên có liên quan (khách hàng, thành viên dự án,...).
- Phân bổ nhân sự, tài chính hợp lý cho các giai đoạn công việc, trong trường hợp cần thiết có thể đề xuất thêm hay cắt giảm nguồn lực để phù hợp với tình hình thực tế, tránh lãng phí.
- Phân chia công việc cho các cá nhân, đội nhóm phù hợp với thế mạnh của từng người.
- Thường xuyên tham gia các cuộc họp với khách hàng để nắm rõ nhu cầu của họ cũng như cập nhật thông tin, báo cáo tiến độ và xử lý các vướng mắc để tìm hướng giải quyết với các bên liên quan.

**_III. Quản lý ngân sách, chất lượng và tiến độ dự án:_**
- Theo dõi sát sao các đầu mục công việc của dự án, đảm bảo hoàn thành đúng tiến độ.
- Giám sát các khoản chi ngân sách, tối ưu chi phí và phát hiện kịp thời các dấu hiệu biển thủ, chiếm đoạt tài sản để xử lý kịp thời.
- Thực hiện đo lường, đánh giá hiệu quả dự án bằng các công cụ chuyên môn.

**_IV. Quản lý những rủi ro, xung đột của dự án:_**
- Là người đứng ra giải quyết chính, làm việc với các bên liên quan để đưa ra giải pháp khắc phục vấn đề nếu có phát sinh xảy ra.
- Nếu vấn đề vượt tầm kiểm soát, cần báo cáo ngay lên cấp trên để xử lý.
- Cứng rắn, quyết đoán để đưa ra các quyết định cũng như mềm dẻo, khích lệ các thành viên làm việc với tinh thần thoải mái nhất để cùng hướng đến kết quả chung

**YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin, Điện tử viễn thông hoặc tương đương.
- Có ít nhất từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm quản trị dự án công nghệ thông tin tại 1 hoặc nhiều các dự án về:

- Triển khai dự án tích hợp công nghệ thông tin cho khối khách hàng doanh nghiệp, ngân hàng, tài chính liên quan đến hạ tầng mạng, hạ tầng server, ảo hoá, private cloud, public cloud, an toàn bảo mật
- Triển khai xây dựng cơ sở hạ tầng công nghệ thông tin cho khối khách sạn, resort, nhà máy, cảng biển
- Có chứng chỉ quản lý dự án PMP là một lợi thế và/hoặc có các chứng chỉ chuyên môn khác của Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, VMware, Nutanix, Microsoft, AWS, Google
- Ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm PM tại các công ty SI trên thị trường là một lợi thế
- Ngoại ngữ tốt
- Có tư duy dịch vụ khách hàng, lấy khách hàng làm trọng tâm
