About Lemon8

Responsibilities:

  • What is Personal Development content (PD): including but not limited to study tips, career tips, relationship, money hack, productivity, reading.
  • Identify, onboard and closely manage suitable creators to drive the growth of the Travel & Personal Development vertical, develop strategies for improving content quality and performance
  • Track and analyze the performance of onhand creators through datadriven insights including but not limited to community size, active rate, content quality, product adoption, content views, and audience growth
  • Coach and guide creators on how to edit posts (photo/video) to improve platform content quality and create external facing graphics/visuals when needed and relationships with the creators in order to develop and scale creator partnership programs for Lemon
  • Travel & Personal Development topics and campaign planning; Create the trend and work with creators to make it viral
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to help shape the approach to content and creator strategy; continuously explore the younger generation's content preference, acquire university students and improve their retention.
  • Min. 1 year of experience in travel/PDrelated work, including social media/MCNs/creators community;
  • Having a good connection with travel/PD KOLs, has an eye for good potential creators; If you are a travel/PD creator, that would be a plus
  • A working knowledge of social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, FB groups
  • Has excellent organizational skills, pays close attention to detail, and is able to independently manage multiple tasks
  • Good content sense and sensitivity to trends
  • Proficiency in English is a must
