Phát triển và duy trì các ứng dụng web sử dụng công nghệ front-end và back-end.
- Triển khai giao diện thân thiện với người dùng, đảm bảo trải nghiệm người dùng liền mạch trên các thiết bị khác nhau và các trình duyệt.
- Viết mã rõ ràng, hiệu quả và có thể tái sử dụng bằng cách sử dụng các phương pháp hay nhất và các tiêu chuẩn mã hóa đã được thiết lập.
- Luôn cập nhật các công nghệ mới nổi và xu hướng của ngành để liên tục nâng cao kỹ năng và kiến thức.
- Khắc phục sự cố và giải quyết các lỗi và sự cố phần mềm do người dùng báo cáo.
- Cộng tác với các thành viên trong nhóm để cải thiện quy trình phát triển và quy trình công việc.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Ngành học: Kỹ thuật phần mềm hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan.
- Kỹ năng chính: Kinh nghiệm đã được chứng minh với tư cách là nhà phát triển Full Stack, tập trung vào cả giao diện người dùng và phát triển back-end.
- Thành thạo các ngôn ngữ lập trình như JavaScript, HTML, CSS và ít nhất một ngôn ngữ phía máy chủ (ví dụ: Python, Java, PHP, Ruby, Go).
- Có kinh nghiệm với các framework back-end như Express, Django, Ruby on Rails hoặc Gin.
- Hiểu rõ về các framework giao diện người dùng như React, Angular hoặc
- Quen thuộc với các hệ thống cơ sở dữ liệu như MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB hoặc SQL Server.
- Có kinh nghiệm với source control như: Git, SVN,...
- Có kinh nghiệm với Security Audit (không bắt buộc).
- Làm việc nhóm, giao tiếp tốt và có trách nhiệm cao.
- Sẵn sàng học hỏi công nghệ mới.

**Chế độ phúc lợi**:

- Thời gian làm việc: Từ 7h - 16h, làm việc 5 ngày/tuần (có thể làm Thứ 7-Chủ nhật)- Nghỉ theo lịch của Nhật, không nghỉ Lễ Tết Việt Nam.
- Tiền mừng đám cưới 500$, sinh em bé được tặng 200$/ bé.
- Hỗ trợ phí giữ xe, tiền xăng, tham gia đầy đủ các loại bảo hiểm (BHYT, BHXH, BHTN).
- Hỗ trợ phí mở tiệc thân mật hàng tháng, và phí taxi đi lại mỗi lần có tiệc công ty.
- Xét thưởng khích lệ hàng tháng cho những cá nhân đứng đầu bảng thành tích của từng tháng.
- Xét duyệt lương 2 lần/năm, hỗ trợ chi phí cho những hoạt động trong công ty.
- Chế độ thực tập tại Nhật, thưởng Tết, trả lương ngoài giờ theo luật Việt Nam.
- Mỗi năm tổ chức du lịch cho toàn bộ nhân viên trong công ty 1 lần.
