**Tư vấn và triển khai ERP đến khách hàng**
- Khảo sát nhu cầu của khách hàng, lấy yêu cầu và phân tích các nghiệp vụ kinh doanh;
- Làm tài liệu Fit Gap Analysis, đề xuất giải pháp phù hợp với yêu cầu của khách hàng, viết tài liệu Blueprint;
- Xây dựng, thực hiện và kiểm thử giải pháp trên hệ thống cho các chức năng, phân hệ được yêu cầu;
- Tạo Design của functions/reports, phối hợp chặt chẽ với Technical Consultant (ERP Developer) để hoàn thiện các yêu cầu;
**Đào tạo và hỗ trợ**
- Kết nối và đào tạo sử dụng các chức năng của hệ thống cho khách hàng trong giai đoạn UAT/Pilot/Go-live;
- Chịu trách nhiệm hỗ trợ người dùng cuối trong và sau quá trình UAT/Pilot/Go-Live;
- Báo cáo và thực hiện các nghiệp vụ tư vấn khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.

**Requirements**:

- Tốt nghiệp các chuyên ngành: Kế toán, Kiểm toán, Tài chính... hoặc các ngành khác tương đương
- Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm tư vấn, triển khai các dự án thành công trên nền tảng ERP Odoo
- Có kinh nghiệm triển khai các dự án về Thương mại, Bán lẻ, Sản xuất,... với các module: Accounting, Purchase, Inventory, Promotion, POS
- Có kỹ năng viết và phân tích nghiệp vụ (BRD, SRS, Fit/ Gap,...)
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt
- Tự tin, thuyết trình hiệu quả trước nhiều đối tượng và các cấp quản lý
- Nắm vững quy trình triển khai Agile/Scrum
- Có tư duy tích cực, lắng nghe tốt, xử lý vấn đề nhanh nhẹn, hiệu quả
