Responsibilities:

  • Support Designer Team Leader in working with account team to get debrief of clients, visual objectives, and other requirements about key messages and branding strategy.
  • Produce visual and graphic design products that convey key messages of brand mood and tones effective branding angles and strategy, such as social posts, online ads, etc.
  • Take part in brainstorming with the team to produce ideas aligned with topline concepts.
  • Get feedback and evaluation from the account team and client to enhance visual services.
  • Conceptualizes visuals based on requirements.
  • Ensures final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and onbrand for clients.

Requirements:

Knowledge and experience

  • 12 years experience as a junior designer
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work
Skills and abilities

  • Strong English skills are a plus
  • Excellent design skills, including typography, color theory, and composition, knowing AI is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think creatively and come up with unique, impactful design solutions
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
