POSITION:


We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer (M/F/d) that will contribute to the national & international development teams to build new products as well as implement third-party software components into the HRS Software Landscape.

These new products will help our customers to manage their work-life smart, safe, and in a fully sustainable way - from arranging convenient overnight stays to booking flexible workplaces and making payments on the go, the intelligent mobile companion comprises all essentials needed to make travel hassle-free, rewarding and above all CO2 neutral.


The position is located as an important interface between the needs of customers, external partners and collaborates closely with product management, UX/UI, and other Product Owners within HRS.


CHALLENGE:

  • Create solutions for our biggest clients like Amazon, Google, and Siemens
  • Collaborate across teams with regards to overarching technical concepts and practices
  • Work closely with our Product Owners, Product Head, Team members, and DevOps to ensure continuous delivery of highquality solutions to our clients
  • Promote high quality aimed at areas such as security, reliability, testability, and maintainability
  • Drive innovation by contributing new ideas for our processes, tools, and technologies

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH
:

  • 3+ years of proven handson Java Software Development experience
  • Strong knowledge of modern software engineering principles, patterns, and best practices. Understanding of microservice and serverless architectures.
  • Experience designing and developing Restful APIs
  • Experience with cloudnative data stores and data processing systems
  • Experience in developing/deploying solutions to AWS Cloud
  • Experience with relational and nonrelational data stores
  • Exposure to faulttolerant, highly available distributed systems
  • Ability to work in a team, fast learning, and enthusiasm for the realization of innovative products
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written
