  • Lead the Agile Scrum process, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Attend meetings with clients' project team for project planning, requirement discussion, design review, testing, issue resolution, etc.
  • Collaborate with the product owner and development team to prioritize and groom the product backlog.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Facilitate team dynamics and foster a collaborative and transparent working environment.
  • Continuously monitor and improve team performance and productivity.
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines effectively.
  • Proactively identify and address any impediments or dependencies that may affect project delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and expectations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher, major in IT, Computer Science, Information system.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner) preferred.
  • Experience working in Agile software development environments, preferably as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
  • Knowledge of Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or Rally.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
  • Experience managing distributed or remote teams is a plus.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and principles is desirable.
  • Previous experience in a clientfacing role is beneficial.
