Job description:

About The Team

  • Our Technology team is the backbone of our business. The team is responsible for building a reliable, scalable and compatible platform for our product and services. Our Engineering team consists of talented and passionate engineers that focus on Full Stack (Backend & Frontend), Mobile, QA across the regions and work closely with Data, Infrastructure & Security, Product team and with the cross functional team to continuously improve and scale our products forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
  • Create detailed, comprehensive and wellstructured automated and manual test plans and test cases
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
  • Design, develop and execute automation scripts using Selenium and Appium tool
  • Identify, track, record and document bugs
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
  • Monitor debugging process results
  • Investigate the causes of nonconforming software to implement solutions
  • Stay uptodate on new testing tools and test strategies

Your skills and experience:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in software quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
  • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and cases
  • Handson experience with both white box and black box testing
  • Handson experience with automated testing tools
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detailoriented and a passion for bugfree code and product experiences.
  • A startup attitude you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things we're not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun
  • English communication skills will be required to work with regional technology team and stakeholders.
