The Communications is responsible for building the systems and rails that connect our business units to our end users.

With end to end visibility and attribution of engagement on our platform this team is uniquely positioned to provide real time insights into the best communication techniques to drive short term business impact and long term retention of our users to the platform.

Our team is made up of multiple teams across product, engineering, design, data science, analytics, and business.

We are looking for experienced individuals who are user-centric and data-driven, able to think holistically and creatively, communicate well, and are great team players.

Get to know the Role


We are looking for an engineering leader to take work with the engineering and cross-functional team and drive end-end impact for our in house communication capabilities.


The Day-to-Day Activities

  • Lead and guide the mobile/fullstack development efforts within the VoiceCalling, Messaging, Chat & Marketing domains. Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to execute projects successfully.
  • Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices and modern technologies for mobile development with a deep focus on extensible & modular architecture for the apps.

The Must-Haves

  • You have Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility
  • At least 8 years of experience in advanced software engineering driving organizations in new directions, innovating, building advanced systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expert level in one or more mobile platforms (iOS, Android, Web), both iOS and Android knowledge preferred
  • You are experience with driving endend architecture across the stack, particularly in complex, scalable and fault tolerant distributed systems
  • Expert level in modern mobile and server coding and design practices. For example, VIPER, MVVM, MVP, SOLID principals, and TDD.
