At bravoSUITE, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer/Coach to lead the growth of bravoGROWTH, our management tool for personal profiling and development.

Responsibilities:

• Provide coaching and mentoring to individuals and organizations implementing the strengthbased leadership program, ensuring effective integration into their daily operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs, customize training programs, and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• In collaboration with management, plan, develop and propose new strategies to drive the growth of bravoGROWTH with stakeholders and partnerships.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new developments in the field of strengthbased leadership and Talent Management.
• Continuously enhance personal knowledge and expertise in strengthbased leadership to ensure the highest quality of training and coaching.
• Guide participants through the concepts of positive psychology, flow, Carl Jung, Myers-Briggs, and Holland's theories (if familiar), as well as their relevance to strengthbased leadership and Talent Management.
• Be the main representative and spokesperson of bravoGROWTH in public matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Psychology, Communication, HR and Organizational Development is preferred.
• Nice to have experience in training and coaching, with a focus on strengthbased leadership and Talent Management.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs for diverse audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Vietnamese), with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
