Responsibilities:

Drive Budget forecasting and analysis, compared with actual cost.

• Lead the development, monitoring and review of project budget
• Conduct monthly financial analysis and budget vs. expense reports to determine reasonableness of variances and take appropriate actions

Internal Control

• Regularly review and assess internal control process, to ensure proper issues closure.
• Coordiate and support internal control activities from external vendors, and ensure the completion of the issue solving.

Contract Review

• Regularly review Financial related contract terms, ensuring the compliance with company policy

Financial Reporting

• Be responsible for closing all the cost analysis for matrial cost and operating expense for management team review
• Review all financial reports for corporate, ensuring the accuracy of reports
• Support and coordidate with external auditing company, and review auditing report

Tax Management

• Review Tax related report, and ensure the company's practice are in compliance with government requirement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, Accounting related
• 10 + years experience in Finance; and 5 + years of Finance management experience, or 5 + years in Manfacturing Finance
• Experience in international company or overseas working experience are preferred.
• Be familiar with Vietnam law and regulations
• Have experience in cost accounting
• Ability to response effectively to the most sensitive inquires. Problem analysis and solving skills. Develop recommendations.
• Leadership skill. Coach and develop team, and promote team cooperation
• Have global vision, and have good evaluation for future development
• Communication skill across functions.
• Budgeting and forecasting knowledge, and proficient in financial statement analysis
• Familiar with US GAAP
• Language: can easily and smoothly communicate in Chinese in oral and writing; communincate fluently in English
