About the job

  • Closely work with other key stakeholders and business users to resolve issues of information management systems as well as giving consulting for users.
  • Play a role as a project assistant from discovering stage to building network, managing the project timeline, engaging stakeholders, testing till launching and change management.
  • Perform business analysis, propose solutions, and prepare recommendations as needed, provide support in delivering projects that meet the needs of the business and deliverable milestone.
  • Follow the IT Service Management process to deliver highquality IT services within SLA (Service Level Agreement).

About you

  • Academic degree preferably in Management Information System or technical areas.
  • Strong logical thinking, critical thinking and business partnering attitude.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Commitment to meeting deadlines and willingness to support business.
