We are currently looking for an Office IT System Support.

Your daily task:

  • Maintain and support office Users Workstation (PC/Laptop) and various Office IT Equipment lifecycle and availability;
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Responding promptly to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Coordinate with Telecom Service (ISP) Vendors to ensure office Telco Circuits availability (Internet, IDAP, ISDN, PSTN or etc);
  • Daily System Administration and support (Accounts creation, termination, etc...);
  • Documentation (Inventory, IT Drawings, ITrelated documentation);
  • Troubleshooting for IT Equipment and inquiries of users;
  • Communication with IT Vendors in various categories.
  • Office & suppliers management, in charge of purchasing & managing company's assets
  • Monitoring, and proceeding security policies of the company
  • Other assigned tasks

Your background should have:

  • Degree or certificate holder in Information Technology or related disciplines;
  • Experienced in Procurement Procedure for IT Equipment and vendors / ISP communication;
  • 45 years of solid experience in IT Technical Support, System Administration;
  • Experienced and knowledgeable in Networking
  • Solid experience in System Concept, Design, and Technical Troubleshooting;
  • Experience in MacOS/Windows Installation, Administration and maintenance;
  • Basic knowledge of IT Server/Comms Room Infrastructure and Structured Cabling Systems;
  • Knowledge of MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoints );
  • Good communication skills in English;
  • Independent, selfmotivated, wellorganized and able to work under pressure.
