Job Description:

  • Receive and check the accuracy, validity, and unification of shipping documents
  • Receive Arrival Notice and Freight Invoice from Forwarder, send to customs broker for Ecustoms declaration
  • Receive Delivery Notice from customs broker, send documents to Warehouse for Goods Receipt processing
  • Make Payment Requisition for customs broker / forwarder
  • Prepare, submit to sign, stamp document and return to customs broker
  • Input data into Report
  • Transfer documents to Accountant Dept (CTG) and file documents into Folder

Qualifications:

  • 3rd or 4th year students with major in Supply chain, Logistics, Foreign Trade
  • Have knowledge of importexport business, logistics
  • No professional experience required but experienced trainee in logistics job is advantage
  • Willing to work fulltime during 6month internship period
  • Eloquent in English
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
  • Strong coordination, communication skills, eyes for detail
