Job description:

  • Lead and manage the technical team in the design, development, testing, and deployment of blockchain systems.
  • Master the technology and security principles related to Blockchain to ensure the safety and stability of products and services.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues during development.
  • Update and enhance the technical knowledge of the team through organizing training sessions, workshops, and technical discussions.
  • Provide reliable and innovative technical information for strategic decisions across the company.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Department to comprehend business requirements and goals, while seeking ways to balance and optimize between business and technical demands.

Your skills and experience:

Must have:

  • Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience in system architecture: as the position not only requires programming skills but also the ability to design and manage the entire system and architecture of the project.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical issues.
  • Experience with project management and leading a team.
  • Familiarity with working in an Agile environment and experience working with Scrum or other flexible development methods.

Nice to have:

  • Having knowledge of one architecture model: microservices, eventdriven.
  • Experienced in developing distributed systems on top of microservices architecture, eventdriven architecture using NodeJs, Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc. is highly welcome.
