Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Work with customer & team to clear requirement.
  • Write unit / functional tests.
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
  • Coach other junior team members to help them reach their maximum potential.
  • Review and continuously improve our documentation, ensuring patterns, decisions and environment infrastructure are captured accurately, well articulated, and easily consumed
  • Provide expert technical assistance to improve system performance, capacity, reliability and scalability
  • Enable platform software delivery teams by leading the implementation of cross platform productionlike environments for testing
  • Orchestrate knowledge transfer sessions with fellow Engineers and other stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Assist the leadership team to groom the backlog of issues and initiatives

Requirements/ Desired skills and experience

  • Computer science, software engineering, information technology graduate, or similar
  • More than 3+ years of software development experience
  • Strong expertise in , including knowledge of core concepts, eventdriven architecture, asynchronous programming, and familiarity with the ecosystem and package management (npm/yarn)
  • Microservices Architecture: Understanding the principles and patterns of microservices architecture, such as service decomposition, service communication (REST, GraphQL), API gateways, service discovery, and containerization (Docker)
  • API Design and Development: Ability to design and develop RESTful APIs, defining endpoints, request/response structures, data modeling, validation, and error handling
  • Messaging and Event-

Driven Architecture:
Familiarity with messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka) and event-driven patterns, enabling the development of decoupled and scalable microservices

  • Database Integration: Knowledge of working with databases (SQL or NoSQL), including query optimization, data modeling, and integration with using libraries like Sequelize or Mongoose

Experience with unit testing (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Chai), integration testing, and end-to-end testing of microservices, along with knowledge of test automation frameworks and methodologies.

Performance Optimization:

Understanding techniques for horizontal scaling, load balancing, caching, and performance optimization, ensuring the efficient operation of microservices in high-traffic environments.


  • Monitoring and Logging: Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and logging frameworks (e.g., Winston, Bunyan) to track the health, performance, and behavior of microservices in production environments.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging: Proficiency in identifying and resolving issues in distributed systems, using debugging tools, and analyzing logs to diagnose and fix problems within microservices.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including other developers, architects, testers, and stakeholders, in order to design, develop, and maintain microservicesbased systems.
