Embedded Software Test:
implementation, execution, requirement analysis, evaluation and documentation

  • Support SW Test Management Activities (planning and control of the test goals, strategies and activities).
  • Responsible for Test Plan, Test Specification, Test Cases and Test Reporting for Unit, Integration, System and Vehicle Level.
  • Responsible for testing requirements traceability in accordance to ASPICE process.
  • Strong experience in endtoend software test toolchain in the V-Development.
  • Develop automated test model & scripts for software in the loop testing, unit software testing, software components testing, system testing.
  • Develop engineering validation (EV) and Design Product Validation (DVP) test plan and test case
  • Solid experience in setting up HIL / P-HIL laboratories infrastructure e.g., dSpace SCALEXIO and PLECS for debug/test and calibration. Maintain and support HIL equipment.
  • Experience in calibration process and toolchain e.g., INCA, CANoe, CANDela, Flashing Tools etc.
  • To manage remote testing infrastructure enabling SW engineers to test remotely.
  • Experience in Blackbox, Greybox and Whitebox testing
  • Test and calibration support to EDS and Vehicle team to support software and production release
  • Familiar with Automotive Software 3layer architecture and Knowledge in Functional Safety

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge in embedded software environments and C programming including proven ability to use source code editors, compilers, build / make process in the Automotive Electronic Industry
  • Willingness to meet deadlines, selfmanagement skills
  • Work closely within team members and other departments in an international environment
  • Good English written and oral communication skills
  • Bachelor/Master graduation in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent degree.
  • Preferred qualification:
  • Good experience in embedded software systems and vehicle communication network (CAN, LIN, Ethernet)
  • Good experience with Infineon AURIX TC2XX or TC3XX microcontroller and its embedded peripherals drivers SPI, PWM, FLS, EPROM, DMA, FCCU etc
  • Experience with engineering process models and tools (ASPICE, ISO26262, Agile, EA, DOORS)
  • Scripting and automation techniques with e.g. objectoriented programming (Python, Java, C#)
  • Experience in vehicle diagnostic system (UDS) and workshop tester communication
