- Có tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm viết mã Backend bằng ngôn ngữ Golang/C# và sẵn sàng làm việc với Golang.
- Có kinh nghiệm lập trình mạng (TCP, UDP, gRPC, Websocket...).
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với ít nhất một trong các cơ sở dữ liệu Postgres, MongoDB, Elasticsearch.
- Hiểu rõ về hiệu suất và quy mô hệ thống.
- Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng Git, triển khai ứng dụng với CI/CD.

- Có kiến thức trong mảng **an toàn thông tin** hoặc **an ninh mạng** là một lợi thế lớn (ưu tiên ứng viên tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành an toàn thông tin).
- Có kinh nghiệm với cơ sở dữ liệu và Message Queue như Kafka, RabitMQ, Redis,...
- Có kiến thức về frontend framework như MUI, Ant Design, Material Design.
- Kỹ năng phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề tốt.
