JOB SUMMARY:
As a reinspection at Liberty Insurance, you'll oversees claims' day-to-day operations as per the policy and standard procedure.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Oversees all claims suspected as frauds and works closely with SIU in order to further proceed as per the policy.
- Randomly oversees each of claims issues as per the standard procedures and monthly QC.
- Generates functional monthly reports.
- Be ready to support outofscope requests.
- Communicates with related staffs regarding relative matters.
- Retrieves and analyses personal KPIs for performance analysis and plans for achieving those set up objectives.
- Generates a creative work process once a year.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- A bachelor degree in any field.
- At least a 3year experience in insurance, 35 years of experience in Motor Claims (Appraisal, Claims Control)
- Good communication and be creative.
- Be patient and able to solve immediate problems.
- Be skilled in Microsoft Office.
- Be accountable for all assigned duties.
- Be enthusiastic in learning and developing.
