Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing region in the world.

She focuses on optimizing operation by leveraging an in-house agency and the in-house technology solutions to bring the most affective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.

• Hire, train and lead the Purchasing Team Staffs
• Develop and execute purchasing strategies
• Set and enforce the purchasing budget
• Source domestic and international goods, gifts, and sale supports
• Forecast and monitor upcoming level of demand
• Partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
• Negotiate or Renegotiate contracts with vendors
• Identify opportunities for cost savings

• Ensure the safe and timely pickup and delivery of shipments
• Monitor shipments, cost, timelines, and productivity
• Address and resolve shipment and inventory issues
• Manage inventory turnaround metrics and inventory aging

• Create and manage the new product development pipelines
• Identify product opportunities by analyzing and defining the total market, market share, and competitors' market share
• Manage relationships with suppliers, including negotiating contracts, reviewing samples, and approving finished products
• Review designs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Evaluate new product ideas to determine feasibility and potential market demand
• Manage the budget and financial resources associated with each product development project
• Conduct the product registrations
• Set the price for new products
• Conduct the product quality control and warranty process

• Identify training needs, develop annual training programs, and create instructional materials
• Collaborate with all marketing and revenue teams in planning for gotothemarket strategies
• Develop ideas for promotion strategies and campaigns for all channels
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, competitors' promotion
• Set up theme sales, discount code, addon, and lixicoin.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• At least 35 years of experience in a purchasing, category managemenent or sourcing role
• Experience in managing and leading a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices, including sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and inventory management
• Familiarity with product development processes, including product registration, quality control, and warranty management

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a team
• Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work crossfunctionally with different teams
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other supply chain management software.
