**Mô tả công việc**:

- Phụ trách phát triển tổng thể từ xác định yêu cầu đến phát hành trong dự án chẳng hạn như các chức năng mới và cải thiện hiệu suất
- Tham gia vào một loạt các phát triển như phần back-end để thu thập / phân tích lượng lớn dữ liệu đo lường và phần front-end với nhiều chức năng khác nhau để hỗ trợ kinh doanh, marketing
Cụ thể:

- Hiểu biết về các yêu cầu
- Khảo sát kỹ thuật các chức năng mới (PoC)
- Thiết kế ứng dụng
- Thực hiện áp và thực hiện UT
- Code review
- Tạo tài liệu

**Yêu cầu**:
(Băt buộc)
- Từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm Reactjs
- Từ 1 năm kinh nghiệm Python/Golang
- Kinh nghiệm phát triển trong : REST API, Docker, HTLM5, NodeJS, Java
- Từ 3 năm thiết kế, phân tích dữ liệu hệ thống hoặc ứng dụng
- Từ 3 năm về kỹ năng cơ sở dữ liệu hoặc bộ nhớ đệm như MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ
- Nắm bắt nhanh cấu trúc hệ thống
- Kinh nghiệm Code Design, tạo Unit Test(Ưu tiên)
- Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành CNTT
- Kinh nghiệm về AWS platform
- Kiến thức hoặc kinh nghiệm trong việc mở rộng quy mô hệ thống để phục vụ tới hàng nghìn giao dịch mỗi giây (tps)
- Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm, trình bày và giải thích logic
- Kinh nghiệm trong việc xác định các yêu cầu chức năng và phi chức năng
- Theo dõi và đào tạo kỹ thuật cho các thành viên phát triển

**Chế độ**:

- Lương : 20 -30tr Gross ( Thương lượng theo năng lực)
- Thử việc 100% lương
- Xét tăng lương 2 lần/năm (T4, T10)
- Lương thứ 13 trả vào 2 lần (T6, T12)
- Giải thưởng MVP hàng năm
- Các loại bảo hiểm: BHXH (BHXH, BHYT, BHTN) (full lương), Bảo hiểm sức khỏe tự nguyện hàng năm, Bảo hiểm xe máy
- Khám sức khỏe định kỳ (1 năm 1 lần)
- Khoản tiền cố định cho teambuiding
- Hoạt động thể thao (cầu lông, bóng đá,bia v.v.)
