Adecco's client - a growing foreign capitalist in renewable energy sector in Vietnam is on the outlook for an O&M Manager (Solar rooftop) to build his/her team to monitor the full portfolio operations (solar rooftop and potential ground-mounted projects), which mainly includes minimizing the O&M cost and optimizing systems' performance.


Responsibilities:

  • This role shall report to General Director in Vietnam
  • Ensure that all PV systems are performing through daily plant monitoring
  • To respond to anomalies/faults, communicating with the local maintenance team, and coordinating with component manufacturers to troubleshoot and correct fault circumstances
  • Come out with O&M plan, process and work instruction
  • Review the frequency of maintenance activities across various sites and ensure the PV system perform at optimal condition
  • Prepare performance reports to respective stakeholders
  • Work together and keep in touch with client facility managers, HSE officers, subcontractors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely work completion
  • Take charge of equipment warranties and O&M inventory to account for key equipment and materials are available
  • Analysis and enhancement of Plant performance to maximize total return for each asset
  • Create or identify predictive monitoring for photovoltaic systems by processing realtime data and identifying patterns that predict an imminent failure
  • Comprehend engineering drawings, e.g. Single line diagram and system layout, using computer aided drawing software
  • HSE management for O&M related activities
  • Oversee PV systems testing and commissioning

Experience requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as O&M Manager position for C&I rooftop solar projects.
  • Technical background in solar system design, installation, and operation.
  • Well understanding of the solar best practice in rooftop solar O&M works
  • Have good knowledge and experience of utilizing PVsyst, solar monitoring platforms, data logger, and communication between data logger and monitoring platform.
  • Knowledge of solar industry standards, design, and installation codes, especially in Vietnam regulations.
  • Sound understanding of standard commercial arrangements (O&M contracts) used in rooftop solar
  • English skills: good
  • Be a team player; willingness to travel.

Education requirements:

  • Degree in engineering majors.
