**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Tiếp nhận, phân tích, mô tả và xây dựng yêu cầu nghiệp vụ về thu thập dữ liệu/báo cáo phục vụ mục đích kinh doanh. Nghiên cứu, đề xuất, thiết kế thử nghiệp & triển khai các mô hình kiến trúc/ mô hình thu thập/ lưu trữ phục vụ phân tích dữ liệu cho các hệ thống nghiệp vụ liên quan.
- Thiết kế tài liệu yêu cầu chi tiết (sử dụng các Use Case hoặc thông số chức năng) với tất cả các giả định và cảnh báo kèm theo. Xác định các thuộc tính chất lượng, giao diện bên ngoài, các ràng buộc và các yêu cầu phi chức năng khác;
- Phân tích và xác minh yêu cầu chính để đảm bảo rằng các yêu cầu được đưa ra từ người dùng doanh nghiệp là đầy đủ, nhất quán, toàn diện, có thể theo vết và khả thi. Tham ra rà soát và kiểm tra chéo các tài liệu yêu cầu.
- Phục vụ như một điểm liên lạc nội bộ cho nhóm Phát triển và nhóm phát triển của nhà cung cấp cho bất kỳ yêu cầu nào được làm rõ;
- Quản lý, phân công giao việc cho các thành viên trong nhóm. Hướng dẫn đào tạo các thành viên mới

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Đại học hoặc cao hơn liên quan đến 1 trong các ngành kinh tế, tài chính, ngân hàng, hoặc công nghệ thông tin, toán tin ứng dụng
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý team quy mô 5 người trở lên
- Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong vai trò BA
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực ngân hàng tài chính liên quan đến DWH là một lợi thế
- Nghiệp vụ tài chính ngân hàng
- Tối thiểu 4 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực liên quan đến xử lý dữ liệu, DWH
- Có kỹ năng đặt câu hỏi để hiểu yêu cầu nghiệp vụ cũng như quy trình/ Có khả năng sử dụng SQL
- Có hiểu biết về quy trình phát triển phần mềm đặc biệt là phân tích yêu cầu phần mềm
- Kỹ năng xây dựng và quản lý team
