ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES


This role is responsible for developing and driving EVP strategies to strengthen organization reputation as an employer of choice, assisting Talent pipeline and Culture building journey, driving Learning & Development offerings to address core development needs and critical skills.

This role also contributes to establish BAT as an employer of choice through prestigious external recognitions, impactful online and offline employer branding tactics and programs to attract top talent.

In addition, this role plays an important role in talent retention and development, fostering a culture of diversity & inclusion, wellbeing, and growth.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Develop and drive EVP strategies to strengthen organization reputation as an employer of choice, both internally and externally.
  • Plan and create compelling and consistent content pillars across company social media and external communication channels, in synergy with Corporate Communications team
  • Build relationship and partnership with universities, reputational organizations and bodies to foster impactful employer brand presence in recruitment events, career fairs for Early careers, networking opportunities for Midcareers
  • Facilitate quality intake of Early-Career Recruitment Programs (Global Graduate Prorgrame, Battle of Minds)
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure highest level of employee experience through positive onboarding experience and engagement through leading globallycascaded campaigns and events, with Wellbeing and D&I at core
  • Assist the organizational deployment of D&I agenda
  • Develop and drive Learning & Development offerings to address core development needs and critical skills
  • Plan, coordinate and facilitate locally/globally mandatory trainings with continuous improvement
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning by driving usage of internal resources, including digital learning platforms, mentoring and coaching initative, workshops.

  • Do you have strong understanding of HR functions?

CRUCIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • 13 years of experience in HR (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employer Branding), or relevant experience
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Familiarity with employer branding tactics and social media platforms
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
