Sales and Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
  • Create and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and consumer trends, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and sales collateral that effectively communicate product features and benefits.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns and make datadriven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and implement innovative ideas to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to drive sales and generate leads.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on marketing campaign performance and sales results.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including product development and customer service, to ensure alignment on marketing and sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience managing digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Experience working in sales or collaborating closely with sales teams is preferred.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong team player.
