We are seeking
Backend Developers.
NET to join a fast-paced, highly collaborative engineering team.

In this role, you will work with a cross-functional and self-organized engineering team to prototype, design, and develop software solutions.

The Development team embraces a highly collaborative development model that requires deep development involvement from start to finish of each project.

Responsibilities

  • Software architecture design are requirement.
  • Build and document reusable codes and libraries for future use.
  • Proactively work with team to identify new software features.
  • Responsible for guiding tribe members on translating business requirements into design documents.
  • Work with Project Managers to determine needs and apply/customize appropriate technologies to deliver solutions.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc:

Must Have:

Minimum 2+ years of working experience in backend web development.

  • Solid knowledge in backend web development using scripting. languages/frameworks
    (.NET Framework,.
    NET Core or.
    NET 67, etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge of
    NoSQL and relational
    DBMS and SQL
:

  • Experience in realtime communication (SignalR, Websocket,).
  • Solid knowledge in
    SOA
:

  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
  • Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
-
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology or equivalent experience.

  • Experience in Agile Development and/or has a strong understanding of Agile methodology and practices.

Nice To Have:

  • Experience in leading or supporting digital transformation.
  • Experience in working with any
    Cloud Computing platform (
    Azure, AWS,) is a plus.
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment, which includes discussions around creative reviews, giving and receiving constructive feedback to and from fellow team members and clients.
  • Experienced in financial/insurance project develop is a plus.
  • Experience in Angular Typescript is a plus.
  • Experience in building CI/CD is a plus.
