**MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC (JOB DESCRIPTION)**

Là đầu mối trực tiếp làm việc với các Team Leaders của Khối Kinh doanh, Tiếp thị và báo cáo trực tiếp tới Head of Sales and Marketing (Be the Contact point to collaborate with team leaders of Sales & Marketing Dept and report to Head of Sales and Marketing)

**Part 1: Hoạt động Quản lý bán hàng (Sales Management activity)**

Trao đổi trực tiếp với Team Leaders về các hoạt động cần triển khai của Khối kinh doanh bao gồm: (Directly discuss with Team Leaders about essential activities that need to implementation in Sales Management including)

1. Báo cáo định kỳ (Report Periodic)
- Setup lịch meeting định kỳ (Setup periodic meeting)
- Tổng hợp các báo cáo từ các Team (Collect reports from Team Leaders)
- Tham gia meeting định kỳ; ghi nhận Meeting Minutes (Join meeting periodic; writing Meeting Minutes)

2. Thực hiện hoạt động phục vụ tuyển dụng (Execute activity for Recruitement)

Phối hợp với HR and Team Leader tiến hành các hoạt động tuyển dụng, bao gồm (Collaborate with HR and Team Leader to deliver recruitment activity including)
- Scan CV & Liên hệ với ứng viên (Scanning CV & Contact applicant)
- Thiết lập lịch phỏng vấn ứng viên (Setup schedule to interview with an applicant)
- Tổng hợp Đánh giá ứng viên (Collect Applicant Assessment form)
- Gửi kết quả phỏng vấn và thư mời nhận việc (Send result interview and offer letter)
- Phối hợp hoạt động Onbroading cùng bộ phận HR; Marketing Team (Colaborate Onbroading activity with HR, Marketing Team)

3. Thực hiện các hoạt động giám sát tình hình kinh doanh của Sales Team (Monitoring sales team management activity)
- Giám sát tình hình kinh doanh & Làm báo cáo (theo yêu cầu) từ các data của Sales Team (Monitoring sales status & Making a report as requirement from data of Sales Team)
- Theo dõi, cập nhật và thông báo tài liệu; chính sách phục vụ hoạt động của Sales Team bao gồm chương trình khuyến mãi; chính sách chăm sóc Khách hàng (Following; updating and announcing documents; policy to support Sales Team activity including promotion program; customer relationship policy, etc)
- Giám sát các hoạt động liên quan về quản lý ngân sách của Sales Team (Monitoring activity related to manage budget of Sales Team)

4. Xây dựng hệ thống vận hành Sales Team (Build a Sales Team operation system)
- Tổng hợp các tài liệu từ Sales Team để chuẩn hóa tài liệu; quy trình vận hành cho các hoạt động làm việc với Khách hàng của Sales Team (Collecting documents from Sales Team to standardize documents, materials, process for working with customer)
- Xây dựng lộ trình đào tạo; tài liệu training và quản lý tập trung (Building routine training; training document and centralized management)
- Quản lý hoạt động biên dịch tài liệu (nếu có) (Managing document translation if needed)

**Part 2: Quản lý hoạt động tiếp thị (Marketing Management Activity)**

Trao đổi trực tiếp với Marketing Team về các hoạt động cần triển khai của Khối tiếp thị bao gồm: (Directly discuss with Marketing Team about essential activities that need to implementation in Marketing Management including):
1. Báo cáo định kỳ (Report Periodic)
- Setup lịch meeting định kỳ (Setup periodic meeting)
- Tổng hợp các báo cáo từ Team (Collect report from Marketing Team)
- Tham gia meeting định kỳ; ghi nhận Meeting Minutes (Join meeting periodic; writing Meeting Minutes)

- Giám sát hoạt động xây dựng materials, saleskit, catalog (Monitoring build sales kit activity such as materials, product catalog, etc)
