  • Responsible for smooth functioning and coordination of vendors for Guest Internet, Property Management Systems
  • PMS, Point of Sale
  • POS, IPTV, Telephony systems and other software vendors.
  • Prepare & Implement Preventive Maintenance Schedule for all IT hardware & Software.
  • Assists guests and colleagues in identifying and implementing solutions to user challenges and concerns associated with the use of personal computer equipment.
  • Maintains strong working relationships with other departments to ensure effective communications for operational issues, serves as a role model for interdepartmental collaboration and support.
  • Provide guidance to team members and other colleagues in all IT related matters.
  • Keep vigilant and report any potential cyberattack, initiate data protection resolutions to divert risk and safeguard all property's, guests and individual information.
  • Ensure that policies and procedure relating to PCI compliance are updated and adhered to.
  • Maintains a system error / progress logbook and deals with reported problems.
  • Responsible to ensure that IT Audit points are implemented as per relevant Standard operating Procedures.

  • Experiences in similar role at luxury hotels/resort
  • Competent computing skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
