**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)
- Chịu trách nhiệm quản lí Kênh Tiktok của thương hiệu; xây dựng và quản lí gian hàng Tiktokshop của thương hiệu.
- Chịu trách nhiệm về Media plan của Kênh; hướng phát triển của Tiktokshop; kết hợp hướng phát triển các sàn Thương mại điện tử của công ty với gian hàng Tiktokshop.
- Xử lí các vấn đề của gian hàng, là cầu nối trao đổi với đối tác Tiktok của công ty.
- Tìm kiếm các livestreamer, KOC; Quản lí hệ thống KOC, livestreamer làm việc kết hợp với gian hàng.
- Xây dựng và vận hành các Tiktokshop mới theo yêu cầu của công ty.
- Cập nhập thông tin chính sách từ kênh bán hàng Tiktok, ngành hàng; báo cáo tình hình thị trường và kết quả kinh doanh cho quản lý và BGĐ.
- Thực hiện các kế hoạch kinh doanh khác trên Tiktok theo chiến lược phát triển của công ty.
- Các công việc khác theo sự phân công, chỉ đạo từ cấp trên.

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

- Lương tháng 13, hiếu hỉ, nghỉ phép, trợ cấp hằng tháng, đóng đầy đủ 3 loại bảo hiểm cơ bản.
- Quầy café, trà, nước ngọt, tại văn Phòng (Tự phục vụ).
- Hưởng ưu đãi giảm giá cho toàn bộ sản phẩm của COBI GROUP.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Trình độ: Tốt nghiệp Thương mại điện tử, Quản trị kinh doanh, Marketing hoặc những ngành nghề liên quan.
- Kinh nghiệm: Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực thương mại điện tử tối thiểu 1 năm.
- Kiến thức và kỹ năng:
+ Am hiểu sâu về Tiktok và nắm vững kiến thức hoặc đã từng trực tiếp vận hành Tiktokshop.

+ Có kiến thức hoặc kinh nghiệm bán lẻ và bán hàng online.

+ Thành thạo tin học văn phòng
