About the Department


The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services.

We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations.

This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing operational support for all production practices including weekends and holidays.
  • Providing technical assistance and support related to network, hardware, or software.
  • Supporting IT procurement and IT asset management.
  • Maintaining technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software, configuration of hardware and problem troubleshooting.
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Other IT tasks assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Have a bachelor's degree in IT major.
  • Overall experience of at least 2 years in IT.
  • Good at data management, document management.
  • Good at troubleshooting, root cause analysis with wide knowledge in IT operation.
  • Good communication skills both written and oral in English
  • Selfstarter with excellent crisis management skills.
